International Services.

We accept orders within the continental United States only through standard procedures. If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico we must ship you package FedEx next day or 2 day. Any other foreign land including Canada and Mexico require pre-payment by first contacting us, we will then make further arrangements.

How Can I Order?

1. The order can be prepaid online using Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express cards.

2. Call us with the items you want and we will give you a total with shipping and a quotation number. You then can send us a certified check or money order.

How Will My Order Be Shipped?

All orders are shipped UPS ground, items are also packaged together to save on shipping and handling charges when possible.

I got my order today, and one of the items is broken. Now what do I do?

Should anything happen to your items in shipping, please notify us IMMEDIATELY. We will need some information off the box, so be sure to have it handy. Please keep the box and all of its packing materials until the shipping company has completed their investigation. The shipping company will notify us. If it appears that it was broken before shipping please note that also.

Returns.

All returns MUST have an RMA number. All returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee unless otherwise arranged. No items will be accepted for a return after 30 Days. Items may be exchanged with in 30 days, without any restocking fee. Any returned merchandise without an RMA number, WILL be refused, please contact us for your authorization!
